I just started a new challenge we will call "Two A Day." It is simply working out twice a day for how ever many days a week you choose. I am doing Two A Day for 4 days a week. One of my besties started this challenge and I had to join in. (Plus it didn't help we had all these ladies claiming they already have the callenge in the bag!! Naaa, chickas! lol)
I will add I am very busy. I am a full time student taking a very heavy course load, a full time employee, a mom, a wife, and a good friend. So if I can make the time to do this, anyone can!! Wish me well. I start tomorrow!!
